Full-time Litigation Associate Attorney Position Available

Palmieri, Hennessey & Leifer is a premier boutique law firm specializing in eminent domain and valuation litigation (representing property and business owners), real estate/land use litigation, and complex business litigation. The firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate with three to seven years’ experience. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an ABA accredited law school, superior writing skills, deposition and courtroom experience. Litigation experience in complex business, real estate, land use and eminent domain matters is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing and responding to motions. Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required for the position. The candidate must be able to work well under strict deadlines and multitask effectively. They must be reliable and able to work cases independently under the supervision of firm partners. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
